Any processing in either<br \/>\nthe Federal network or the CMSP network which is not related to<br \/>\nthis interface is beyond the scope of this Standard.<\/p>\n<p><i>Purpose<\/i><\/p>\n<p>This Standard is based upon the three Reports &amp; Orders<br \/>\nissued to date by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in<br \/>\nregards to the Commercial Mobile Alert System [Refs 9, 22, &amp;<br \/>\n24].
