L'ISO 22959:2009 sp\u00e9cifie un mode op\u00e9ratoire de chromatographie liquide \u00e0 haute performance (CLHP) permettant de d\u00e9terminer la teneur en hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP) dans les corps gras comestibles.<\/p>\n

La m\u00e9thode a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e pour l'huile de coco (CN), l'huile d'olive (OV), l'huile de tournesol (SF) et l'huile de soja (BO) et peut \u00eatre applicable \u00e0 d'autres huiles apr\u00e8s d\u00e9termination des param\u00e8tres appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La plus faible limite de quantification pour l'ensemble des HAP est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 0,1 \u00b5g\/kg. La plus petite quantit\u00e9 de chaque HAP qu'il est possible de distinguer des signaux parasites n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. La plage de concentration valid\u00e9e pour la m\u00e9thode est comprise entre 0,1 \u00b5g\/kg et 3,5 \u00b5g\/kg pour chaque HAP. Dans le cas de teneurs en HAP (l\u00e9gers) sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 3,5 \u00b5g\/kg, il est possible de diluer les \u00e9chantillons afin d'amener la teneur dans la plage valid\u00e9e. Il est \u00e9galement possible de r\u00e9gler le domaine de travail des courbes d'\u00e9talonnage. Cependant, les domaines sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 3,5 \u00b5g\/kg n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La pr\u00e9sente m\u00e9thode permet de d\u00e9terminer les HAP suivants: anthrac\u00e8ne, ph\u00e9nanthr\u00e8ne, fluoranth\u00e8ne, pyr\u00e8ne, chrys\u00e8ne, benz[a<\/i>]anthrac\u00e8ne, benzo[e<\/i>]pyr\u00e8ne, benzo[a<\/i>]pyr\u00e8ne, p\u00e9ryl\u00e8ne, benzo[ghi<\/i>]p\u00e9ryl\u00e8ne, anthanthr\u00e8ne, dibenz[a,h<\/i>]anthrac\u00e8ne, coron\u00e8ne, ind\u00e9no[1,2,3-cd<\/i>]pyr\u00e8ne, benzo[a<\/i>]fluoranth\u00e8ne, benzo[b<\/i>]fluoranth\u00e8ne, benzo[k<\/i>]fluoranth\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
