{"id":422145,"date":"2024-10-20T06:39:50","date_gmt":"2024-10-20T06:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-iec-60684-3-2142019-2\/"},"modified":"2024-10-26T12:28:19","modified_gmt":"2024-10-26T12:28:19","slug":"bs-en-iec-60684-3-2142019-2","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-iec-60684-3-2142019-2\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN IEC 60684-3-214:2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This part of IEC 60684 gives the requirements for two types of heat-shrinkable, polyolefin sleeving, not flame retarded, thick and medium wall with a nominal shrink ratio of 3:1.<\/p>\n<p>This sleeving has been found suitable for use at temperatures of up to 100 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Type A: Medium wall \u2013 internal diameter up to 200 mm typically.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Type B: Thick wall \u2013 internal diameter up to 200 mm typically.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These sleevings are normally supplied in colour black.<\/p>\n<p>Since these types of sleeving cover a significantly large range of sizes and wall thicknesses, Annex A (Tables A.1 and A.2) of this document provides a guide to the range of sizes available. The actual size will be agreed between the user and supplier.<\/p>\n<p>Materials which conform to this specification meet established levels of performance.
