{"id":231735,"date":"2024-10-19T15:05:46","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T15:05:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bsi-19-30385616-dc\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T09:26:42","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T09:26:42","slug":"bsi-19-30385616-dc","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bsi-19-30385616-dc\/","title":{"rendered":"BSI 19\/30385616 DC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This European Standard (<span class=\"std\"><span class=\"std-ref\">EN&nbsp;16157&nbsp;series<\/span><\/span>) specifies and defines component facets supporting the exchange and shared use of data and information in the field of traffic and travel.<\/p>\n<p>The component facets include the framework and context for exchanges, the modelling approach, data content, data structure and relationships.<\/p>\n<p>This European Standard is applicable to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>traffic and travel information which is of relevance to road networks (non-urban and urban),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>public transport information that is of direct relevance to the use of a road network (e.g. road link via train or ferry service),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>traffic and travel information in the case of cooperative intelligent transport systems (C-ITS).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This European Standard series establishes specifications for data exchange between any two instances of the following actors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Traffic Information Centres (TICs),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Traffic Control Centres (TCCs),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Service Providers (SPs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use of this European Standard may be applicable for use by other actors.<\/p>\n<p>This European Standard covers, at least, the following types of informational content:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Road traffic event information \u2013 planned and unplanned occurrences both on the road network and in the surrounding environment,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Operator-initiated actions,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Road traffic measurement data, status data and travel time data,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Travel information relevant to road users, including weather and environmental information,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Road traffic management information and instructions relating to use of the road network.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Part&nbsp;5, i.e. this document, specifies the informational structures, relationships, association ends, attributes and associated data types required for publishing measured and elaborated data within the DATEX&nbsp;II framework.
