The definition and<br \/>\ndescription of the system in which this equipment operates is given<br \/>\nin the document (TIA-902-A). The TIA Wide Air Interface standard<br \/>\n(TIA-902.BBAA) defines the requirements of both the Physical Layer<br \/>\nand the Data Link Layer in the OSI reference model for the radio<br \/>\ninterface in which this equipment operates.<\/p>\n<p>Use of this standard is encouraged for any application of<br \/>\nsimilar equipment with IOTA modulation, and may be applicable to<br \/>\nequipment other than those listed above. However, this standard is<br \/>\nnot intended to cover transceiver equipment employing any or all<br \/>\nmodulation types or access methods.
