Description

The registry project is divided into two phases. The implementation phase will build registry infrastructure, develop registry governance processes, and populate the registry with sample data. This phase includes a proof of concept intended to demonstrate the value of the registry service. The operations phase will support 6 months of pilot registry operations.
The implementation phase is funded by NOIE. If the pilot registry demonstrates sufficient value, it is expected the industry and government consortia will fund the pilot operations phase and the deployment of a full scale production registry service.
